Newsweek: Photo on Resume?

For Newsweek, I’m talking about whether or not job applicants should include their photo on their resume.

The short answer? From the HR and PeopleOps perspective, I’d say “no,” because you want to avoid being (implicitly or explicitly) discriminated against during the job hunt.

For job posters, I’d also recommend not asking for applicants’ photos — pretend you’re a judge on “The Voice” and go for the “blind audition” approach!
