Research should serve communities and social justice, not just academic careers or institutional agendas. My approach to research and program support is grounded in participatory methodologies and community-based participatory research (CBPR) that centers the knowledge and leadership of those most impacted by the issues being studied.
Whether you need academic research support, program evaluation, grant development, or project management, my work prioritizes ethical research practices that contribute to liberation and system transformation rather than extractive knowledge production.

My institutional academic research generally falls into three broad categories, which often overlap:
- Secular/non-religious moral/ethical formation and Ethics in general
- SOGICE or Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Change Efforts

More broadly, these are areas in which I have research and subject matter expertise:
Sociology: Social theory, sociology of labor, social justice, LGBTQ+ studies
Organizational Theory: HR and human resources, organizational culture, DEI, organizational misconduct, power and control
Humanities: Esotericism, hermeticism, and heterodoxies, media ecology, anthropologies of marketing and advertising, ethics
Religious Studies: Fundamentalisms and high-control groups, hermeneutics and discourse analysis, authoritarianism
Further, I provide program support for public administration and academic programs. This includes strategic planning, project management, full-cycle grant making, and evaluation.
