What I Offer

I provide 1) consulting, 2) coaching, and 3) training on various areas of expertise.

Consulting: This involves working with subject-matter experts within an organization to create strategic plans and processes that can be carried out throughout the org with various partners.

Coaching: Generally a one-to-one function. I work with an individual to identify their goals, and we engage in a non-directive partnership together to achieve those goals.

Training: A one-to-many function where education is provided.

I can consult, coach, and train based on my areas of expertise.
